All clients will will have the choice of whether to wear a face mask or not when in the salon.

You can either provide your own or purchase one from the salon for £1.

All staff are still wearing face masks in the salon (unless exempt).

Before you come to the salon

​

If you are experiencing a high temperature (above 37.8 degrees C), a new continuous cough, loss of taste or smell, please inform the salon and do not attend your appointment.

​

Arriving at the salon

​

Please arrive to your appointment at the time stated.

Once you enter the salon please sanitise your hands.

Please observe social distancing when in the salon. In some cases your stylist may have a client in between your services.

Doors and windows will be kept open at all times where possible.

Refreshments

​

We are serving Tea, Coffee, Water and Soft Drinks.

We are also offering a vast hot drinks menu from Lou Lou's, please ask your stylist for the menu and prices.

Magazines

​

We have a full range of paper magazines back in the salon for you to enjoy during your visit.

​

Cleanliness

​

Hand sanitiser will be available at every contact point.

We will be cleaning every work areas in between clients as well at the end of every working day.

Gowns and towels will be washed in between each client.

Our toilets will be cleaned regularly throughout the day and deep cleaned at the end of the day.
